This natural style of sparkling wine is made from Riesling grapes grown by Glenora Farms on the slopes above Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York. The wine was left on the skin for 24 hours then fermented naturally and sealed in a tank at the end of the ferment to leave natural effervescence. It's dry, crisp and fizzy, and has a combination of fruity Riesling flavors with tart green apples and a peppery grassy finish.
