2018 Pinot Noir - Oregon (750mL)
This Pinot is complex and expressive on the nose with aromas of cherries, savory notes and a touch of vanilla. The mouthfeel is rich with tannins and has a long, dry finish. Whole cluster, stainless steel fermentation on oak staves imparts a carbonic influence to the style. This wine comes from an organic vineyard farmed by our dear friend Jason Cole in the stunning Applegate Valley in Southern Oregon. Barrel aged with love and hope for 9 months at our winery in Rhode Island.
