2022 Pinot Gris (750mL)
This elegant wine offers flavors of peach and white tea with aromatics of citrus blossom honey. In collaboration with Eckehart Groehl and his family, we practice sustainable farming and minimal intervention winemaking on their estate in the Rheinhessen. The 'Hill Country' is rich with a variety of calcareous soils that are amazing for growing Pinot varietals.
