This natural style of sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown by Macari Vineyards on the North Fork of Long Island, New York. The wine was lightly pressed and fermented naturally in both stainless and wood barrels, then went through a secondary fermentation in a stainless tank. This is a crushable, value priced sparkling wine that is dry and crisp with pear and green apple flavors, and floral aromatics. It's lower in carbonation than a typical champagne, and in a smaller package size that is ideal to share between two people.
